Hi,    I'm having a little trouble figuring out how to get the back plate off of the Medion Erazer Crawler E40. I don't know if it has a different name in countries outside the UK so it's this one - medion.com/gb/service/product-detail/30035504   I've removed all the screws from the back but it won't budge. I noticed what seems like two screws for the keyboard but I can't seem to get that off either and I don't want to break anything. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!  ... View more
