I bought a Medion Crawler E10 Core i5-10300H Geforce GTX Gaming laptop for my son last year. My son dropped his laptop and the screen needs replacing. I've been to 2 computer repair shops and they said they have tried to locate the screen with their suppliers and no-one can work out which screen is needed. One of them called customer support at Medion and apparently the code for the product they gave wasn't enough to locate one. I'm a bit of an amateur with computers and am feeling a bit lost if 2 computer specialists can't even locate a screen - but it was so expensive I can't afford to just buy him a new computer. I'm hopeful that someone monitoring this forum can help me. Thank you in advance for any support you provide.
