Medion Erazer X6807 Cant Change RBG on keyboard

Hi all.

I purchased a Medion Erazer X6807 Laptop 2nd hand recently, upon this the laptop has been fully reset by the seller and now I cannot download nor gain access to the control center to change the rgb lights on the keyboard. The keyboard is stuck on blue light. 

The MSN is 30026173 but I cannot seem to find the serial number,

Any help appreciated,
