Is Erazer Beast 18 X1 available with external water cooler?

No- If there are  no ports for connectimg a water cooling unit, it can not be watercooled. Quite  logical.

The Beast X40 and the Beast 16x1 Ultimate have water cooling ports. The Beast 18x1 does not.
