How to update my bios ?

I've been looking for an update to my bios for a while now, but I can't find the answers to my questions.

my motherboard: B360H4-EM (American Megatrends)
Medion Erazer X67054
msn: 10022476

sorry for the late reply, but we were not aware of the bios version you are currently runnig. Recent version is V 1.16 which can be downbloaded here.
