Erazer Major X20 Bios update?

Hello,

I own an Erazer Major X20 with the following serial number:
GM6PX7X2230703757

The machine is currently running Bios version:

BIOS Version: N.1.09MED06             Build Date and Time: 09/26/2023 10:59:58

Since this bios is from 2023 I was wondering if there is a newer bios version available for this machine? Could somebody from the medion/erazer support staff check this for me?

Everything works fine so far, but I like to stay up to date with my bios versions.

I checked the driver page for this laptop and there is no bios version posted there. Also, the bios I installed previously (see the number above) is not listed there but I got it somewhere on this forum.

DO you have the MSN number? 8 digits long found on the device to correctly identify so we can check if there is an updated BIOS version for your exact device.

Thank you for helping me. I wish I can provide the number but I can't find it on my system.

I would like to say that I am blind but the person who helped me can't find any msn number.

She made pictures of the laptop though, Can I send them to you so you could have a look yourself. Or is there another way to find it in the system itself?

You can insert photos when you write a post and click on the camera symbol (top bar) to insert the images.

You have several options for finding your MSN number.

Check the bottom of the device or the packaging.

Use the Medion Services app

https://www.medion.com/gb/service/service-app

or press the Windows key + R and type "msinfo32". Look under "system SKU".

Is this something you can use to help me further?

Out of interest was this a sample unit pre sales release, as the MSN 40084496 shows this as product description:- NB TFG Sample GM6PX7X Seeding Unit NL, 

If you able to supply images of all the stickers on the underside this would be helpful so a correct BIOS can be looked into.

Hello @RAZZ , I got this laptop as part of a sponsorship with Erazer. So it might be perfectly possible that this one is not from a retailer or such. I hope it worked to insert the pictures in this message. I can't see them myself due to accessibility limitations.
