Hello, 

I'm trying to source replacement upgrade RAM for my Deputy P60, however the crucial scanner doesn't seem to work with this laptop and the System option only states 16GB ram, without providing any detail of the exact type of Ram that I need.

Can anyone tell me what ram is installed on my system please?

I've tried using the spare parts search facility at the Medion shop, but it cannot find my laptop using the MSN or the model number.

Hello @VOIVI,

we are currently having problems accessing our internal database, but according to our shop page, this model can have a total of 32 GB RAM, i.e. a maximum of 2x 16 GB modules of the same type as the installed modules.

Thank you Luke. I've managed to identify the RAM modules as 2 x SK Hynix 8192 MB (DDR4-3200) - P/N: HMAG68EXNSA051N

I'm was a little shocked to see you state that 32GB is the max available RAM for this gaming laptop. I ran CPU-Z which suggested 2 x 64GB was the max.

Can you confirm which is correct please?
