Hi guys, the screen on my X40 laptop is completely broken, but when I put in a service request through the portal it goes completely unanswered (have tried a few times over the past couple weeks). I feel like this is the only place I can ask for help as Medion don't have a phone contact line. Can anybody help me get my warranty request seen?
