Erazer Beast X40 - Model and product page

Hello,

I bought a refurbished Medion Erazer Beast X40 notebook last year and I've some trouble finding a dedicated product page for my model.

On the Medion website I can't find for the MSN number (40085858), neither the Model (62607) so I can be redirected to the correct product page or specific spare parts.

Are my infos incomplete/incorrect?

You are welcome.
Check on the Medion  Service Page. Enter the MSN number there, and you get this:

https://www.medion.com/de/service/topic/medion-products?msnCheck=40085858

But the MD number MD 62607 can not be correct. It shows a Model Crawler E50!

For your refurbished the MDnumber says:

 MD62507add7  ??

Könnt ihr bitte noch die technischen Daten nachtragen? Die fehlen auf der Service Page; und in der Intranet Datenbank findet man den Rechner gar nicht! Weder per MSN noch mit der merkwürdigen MD Nummer.

Und was bedeutet die MD Nr. :

 MD62507add7

Ruft man nur die MD 62507 auf erscheinen  zwei Modelle Crawler E50?  Aber kein Beast X40.

Das gleiche gilt  für die MSN Nummer.

I've done a transcription mistake: the correct MD number is in fact 62507 (but no "add7", at least on the sticker), but I have further questions.

The MD number search and the MSN link you send me land on two different Erazer Beast X40 pages.

The MSN 4008 5858 - MD 62507add7 page doesn't have any information about pc, downloads or spare parts.

The MSN 3003 6644 - MD 62507 page has all the infos and the links, but the MSN is completely different and the graphic card is different too (it has NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080, while mine has NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090).

I'd like to know wich one I should use for updates/driver backup/help in case of need.

You do not have to copy pages which I send you a link for. I noticed that the technical data are missing

That's why I asked in the german second part of my answer the mod  @Andi to fulfill the page with the MSN 40085858, which is your page. But on this page the addendum  "add 7" is mentioned with the MD number for this MSN number.

I guess it is because you bought a refurbished PC. Then the  enumerating gets sometimes a little bit mixed up. 

The  Nvidia driver you get from Nvidia anyway, and the general Nvidia driver is for all the Nvidia cards,-.
