@Fishtown Can i install faster ram on the board or not? i have big issues that windows is so slow when i try to update to windows 11 from windows 10?

Can i find newer firmware to the m.2 ssd?

I have cpu throttling like hell with the computer and i dont know why. That why i ask if the bios do it because i use Windows 11??
