Crawler E30, no USB boot option in BIOS

Hi all,

Crawler E30, MD62544, MSN30035525. BIOS version 1.07.07RME1_00026

Long story short, daughters laptop has suspect been infected with lord knows what viruses. I created a USB boot drive for Norton on my clean computer to try and clean things up but cannot get the Crawler to boot from USB at all. There just doesn’t seem to be the option to boot from USB anywhere in the BIOS/UEFI settings. I’ve been at this for 2 days and even Google hasn’t been able to help.

The drives were created using Rufus and are seen and operate/boot on my working machine but not seen in the bios on the Crawler.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as there is important info on the Crawler that she needs access to.

Many thanks.
