Erazer 15811 randomly shuts down

So i have had this erazer p15811 for about 3 years now, but last week i encountered this issue where it randomly shuts off, like without warning, just stops, then sometimes it will turn back on for a fee seconds and turn off again, sometimes it doesnt.

This happens daily but either every 2 minutes or 10 minutes or a few hours really randomly, i cant pinpoint exactly what causes it, but i have tried every solution i could find, nothing has helped so far. I dont game or anything, temps are really normal.

There are number of reasons as to why the laptop would randomly shut down however the most common cause is that the product is overheating.

I would suggest performing a factory reset and contact your local Medion support team if the issue persists.
