How do you get to speak to someone with any common sense? Customer service (sorry, have to pause to wait for laughter to die down) is appalling, logical thinking, there is none, all proof of registration & ownership of a kitchen machine sent via email - with the exception of a till receipt from the store.
Customer service (another pause) couldn't do anything in Dec 2024 'as the website is under construction' - could I call back in a week? One week later, work on website prevented any further assistance, despite now being able to call up my account & registration details. Could I call back in the New Year? Jan 2025, another call & the human equivalent of a brick wall at the end of the phone. No receipt, no action, no logic, no service.
Instruction booklet dated 9/23. Registered product Dec 2023, a week after purchase. Acknowledgement of registration rec'd via e mail from Medion. Have a customer account number, provided by Medion. Have all machine details & serial numbers. Have a broken machine. Have had no sensible responses from Medion customer service. Refusal to help without receipt. Could I email the Hotline? Did so with full details, weeks later, the Hotline is barely above freezing point. No answers, no acknowledgements, nothing.
