Upgrade graphics card

Is it possible to upgrade my GTX 1060 from my Medion Erazer x67037 to an RTX 2080 of the new RTX 3070 when it comes out?

or is my wattage from my power supply to low? because i cant find the power supply how much it delivers

Your PC has a 450W Fortron PSU  ( Power supply Fortron FSP450-50AMDN) just give me your  MSN- number .

But  ìt also needs an additional 6+2 Pin power supply plug to be connected to your Graphic card  depending  which graphic card you will prefer. I do not know with which plugs the Fortron is equipped.
