just a few questions for me to understand what we are dealing with and the issues

What is the MSN number of your laptop ? (8 digits on the back)
What do you want to change on the BIOS , what are the issues you want to address with that.?
Is your machine still under warranty?

Hi, have you got the UK-Model? You bought it n the UK? Or which language was installed at buying point??

For the UK it could be MSN 10022635.
