i Dont know if anyone  could help me I have just purchased a P4011 and the previous owner did a reset and somehow managed to delete the recovery partition and will not boot up I am trying to find a disc or someone who could burn me a copy of recovery or instalation disc I am more than willing to pay for it if this is possible you can contact me by email or telephone

first you have to come to the bios if that doesn't work you don't need to continue:

You can only execute the configuration program when starting the system. If the PC has

already been started exit Windows® and reboot. Prior to rebooting the PC press the key

“DEL” and keep it pressed until the message “Entering Setup” appears.
