Hi.
Just bought a motherboard and it gives 3 short beeps because ram error. It works with only when there is ram on slot 2 but when there is ram in slot 1 it doesn't show video and beeps.I have tried cleaning the DIM spot but doesn't seem to help. Ram sticks are not the problem neither.
What can I try to solve my problem?

Hello @Simpsonni and welcome
it's not entirely clear! Do you put the RAM from slot 2 to 1 or in slot 1 in addition to slot 2?
how big is the memory?
maximum together 32GB

Works when 1 stick of ram in the the left slot. I have 4gb sticks. No problems with ram something to do with the motherboard.

Lower image shows how it doesn't work and gives 3 short beeps.

Does the same stick which works in the one slot works in the other slot ok? Does the one stick that works perfectly in one slot works perfectly in the other slot without failures?
Or does the same stick makes the same fults in the other slot; no picture and three peeps?
And if you put the one stick, which shows in the one slot no video and three beeps into the other working slot (crosswise testing), do you then get video without beeps?
Then presumably the other slot itself is defective. If the one sticks creates the same symptons in both slots, then the memory stick itself is faulty.

The ram is not faulty. I have tried with 4 different ram sticks. It is the motherboard that doesn't work properly. is there a bios update for this model of motherboard?

Current motherboard version Bios 360H4W0X.115
Could you send me a download link for Bios 360H4W0X.116 so I can flash it from a USB?

I asked for the result of crosswise testing of the one with the defective results. What happens if you put it in in the other slot, wherein the other RAM succeeded? Ans vice versa. You do use DDR4 RAM?
If you do not answer the given questions, I can not help any further.
And is the new board in a Medion PC?
This fault is, if it is the motherboard, not to be cured by a newer bios.
Please name the PC, and state the MSN number. Medion only has OEM Bios, if at all. So if it isn't a Medion PC, and no OEM Medion board you bought, we can not help you.
If it isn't a Medion board, you should check with the ECS homepage. Or negotiate with PC Maestro for guaranty.

Hello @Simpsonni
a few questions:
Please state the exact name of the Fury RAM.
which CPU was installed? does this have a graphics chip?
You haven't installed an additional graphics card on your B360H4-EM DDR4 S1151/ MSN 20064668 and I don't see any monitor cable. and another question.
what kind of short M.2 SSD (color blue) is that in the M.2 M2_3 PCIe slot?

I have to correct myself. Seeing your Bios is a B360H4W0X.115, it must be a Medion OEM Bios.
Here is the Link for the W0X.116 Version
