MEDION Akoya E63003 BIOS update

Hi all, I have an older MEDION Akoya E63003 PC (Motherboard: B360H4-EM, current BIOS 360H4W0X.115 (17/06/2019)), MSN: 10023412, which in the last couple of months started to freeze a lot, and apparently it happens because the BIOS version is old... I have tried to update it to version 360H4W0X.116, but it didn't worked, so I'm looking for advices, or other newer version of a BIOS update, or even the same 360H4W0X.116 version if there is a better link or solution for that. Thank you.
