How to I get into bios? Medion Erazer P10?

Hi. I tried to get into bios for days now?

1. Does anyone know which key triggers the bios start-up?

2. When I try to enter bios via Windows, through settings, the pc restarts and stops, screen black.

I'm getting pretty desperate here, tbh.

Hello @haahu

what I can think of just now:

if your assumption is correct, then if you have come into the bios with the Del key you should have a black screen

because the bios accesses the non-existent graphics onboard.

Then when you press ESC(Exit) or F10 (save and exit) afterwards Windows start up.

(ESC or F10 = the bios would be closed and the operating system would be loaded)

that would confirm your acceptance.

Hi @haahu ,

F2 must do the trick.

Hi,

I did try F2, but the screen goes blank.

But this is confirmation F2 is the correct key.

It seems the bios fails to show or the screen fails to display it. Same happens when I force restart to bios via Windows settings.

My grfxcard and screen are otherwise working 100%.

I find this odd, as it's a brand new pc.

Hi @haahu ,

have you tried to reset your unit to its factory settings?

Just be aware that this procedure will erase all your data, therefore you should back it up previously and make sure you can recover all the apps/software and the credentials to access them.

No. Didn't work. Called Medion. They said F11, but didn't work either.
