Computer keeps freezing or crashing for no real reason

I've been having trouble lately with unexplained crashes and freezes. It looks like BIOS might be the issue, but before I try to fix that, could someone confirm which version I should be downloading? I found this post which seems to be the easiest to try, booting from a flash sounds way too complicated for me.

One last question: could a corrupt USB hub cause these problems? I had a weird problem about a month ago with the mouse not displaying at all, disabling and enabling seemed to fix that and then replaced the keyboard and mouse as they were pretty old. Things worked fine for a while but the last few days freeze/BSOD. I did a reset of windows and that was fine for the first day.

TIA

@khapponen

Your example page does not help you (us) at all.  This states a complete different PC  with a B550 Mainboard. Yours is a Medion Akoya E 32003 with a B350 Mainboard. A Dutch PC ? And it is not an Erazer. Why don't you post in the dutch section of the forum?

The MSN is the most important number to identify your PC; this you should have stated!

Could it be the MSN  1002 3107? Edit: is part of the SKU..

Cheers, daddle

Hi Daddle,

Sorry about the missing info, I thought everything needed was in that file. Here's what is on the backIMG_0253.JPG

As you might have guessed, I'm not entirely sure of what needs to be checked or how it should be done. Trying to follow what's going on with other posts is quite confusing to be honest. This computer is about 5 years old (P10?) and was a floor model so this is what I have to go with for info. Everything had been fine up until a month or so.

Cheers

@khapponen

Die picture doesn't help and will only be seen later, or even only on  monday
You could write down  what is on the sticker on the PCs backside.. But do not post the Serial Number (S/N:)

And as I wrote your PC is named E 32003; look at the link I gave you. What for did I write it down?
