I've been having trouble lately with unexplained crashes and freezes. It looks like BIOS might be the issue, but before I try to fix that, could someone confirm which version I should be downloading? I found this post which seems to be the easiest to try, booting from a flash sounds way too complicated for me. https://community.medion.com/t5/FAQs/My-ERAZER-Engineer-P10-X10-freezes-sporadically-what-can-I-do/ta-p/121863 Msinfo below OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045 Other OS Description Not Available OS Manufacturer Microsoft Corporation System Name DESKTOP-8C6URKK System Manufacturer MEDION System Model MD34484/C982 System Type x64-based PC System SKU ML-110000 10023107 Processor AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon Vega Graphics, 3600 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s) BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 350A4W0X.108, 20/02/2019 SMBIOS Version 3.1 Embedded Controller Version 255.255 BIOS Mode UEFI BaseBoard Manufacturer MEDION BaseBoard Product B350A4-EM BaseBoard Version 1.0 Platform Role Desktopa Secure Boot State On PCR7 Configuration Elevation Required to View Windows Directory C:\WINDOWS System Directory C:\WINDOWS\system32 Boot Device \Device\HarddiskVolume3 Locale United Kingdom Hardware Abstraction Layer Version = "10.0.19041.3636" Username DESKTOP-8C6URKK\35844 Time Zone FLE Summer Time Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 8,00 GB Total Physical Memory 6,93 GB Available Physical Memory 3,49 GB Total Virtual Memory 8,68 GB Available Virtual Memory 2,94 GB Page File Space 1,75 GB Page File C:\pagefile.sys Kernel DMA Protection Off Virtualisation-based security Not enabled Device Encryption Support Elevation Required to View Hyper-V - VM Monitor Mode Extensions Yes Hyper-V - Second Level Address Translation Extensions Yes Hyper-V - Virtualisation Enabled in Firmware Yes Hyper-V - Data Execution Protection Yes One last question: could a corrupt USB hub cause these problems? I had a weird problem about a month ago with the mouse not displaying at all, disabling and enabling seemed to fix that and then replaced the keyboard and mouse as they were pretty old. Things worked fine for a while but the last few days freeze/BSOD. I did a reset of windows and that was fine for the first day. TIA
