Hello.
I have a Medion fitness E2000 watch.
I was able to connect it with Medion fitness app on two different phones (Samsung A3 and Huawey Nova), but it doesn't connect to the app on my Samsung A40, even thou the watch it is visible on the bluetooth on the mobile. I already tried the usual troubleshoots (restarting the phone, delete and load the app again...). Where is the catch? Why the watch doesn't connect to the app?

Hi @Moana ,
I would recommend you to clear the list of saved bluetooth devices, then reinstall the app, open it and redo the configuration process through the app, without manually pairing the bluetooth (the app should do it for you).
