@Roswitha Meine Vorposter haben natürlich recht. Allerdings könnte man mal Probieren den Einschaltknopf länger als 10 Sekunden zu drücken, das schaltet fast jedes der Medion-Tablets aus. Dabei Netzteil und USB-Ladekabel ab. Und falls es nicht funktioniert auch mal mit Ladekabel angeschlossen versuchen. Was zeigt denn der Bildschirm? An, fixierter Screen oder dunkel? Und wie hast du versucht auszuschalten? Ob dein Tab aus ist, im Standby, eingefroren oder vielleicht im Bootloader-Modus (mit dunklem Bildschirm) ist, kannst du meist durch Anschluss des Netzladegerätes erkennen: Wenn das Akku-Symbol kommt ist es definitiv ausgeschaltet. Wenn, falls vorhanden, die Lade-LED leuchtet bei Anschluss an Strom, aber sonst keine Reaktion auf dem Bildschirm kommt; oder auch ohne eine Lade-LED-Kontroll-Anzeige; wenn nichts auf dem Bidschirm beim Anschliessen passiert, ist es entweder im Bootloader-Modus oder "eingefroren"; z.B. würde ein nur im Standby befindliches Tablet bei Netzanschluss aufgeweckt werden. Nach mehr als 10 Sekunden die Einschalttaste drücken müsste das Tab aus sein und die Akku - Symbol Anzeige beim Anschluss des Ladegerätes wieder erscheinen. Bei manchen anderen Tablets / Smartphones muss man bis zu 60 Sekunden die Powertaste drücken, um ein Ausschalten (oder Rebooten) zu erreichen, kannst du ja auch mal probieren. Gruss, daddle
