Hi @Fishtown , Thank you for the reply and for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I already tried setting Power Management Mode to Prefer Maximum Performance in NVIDIA Control Panel (both Global and per-app), restarted the system, but the issue remains. The GPU core clock still stays locked at 210 MHz under load.   For clarity, here is a full list of everything I have already tried: NVIDIA Control Panel set to Prefer Maximum Performance (Global and Program Settings) Windows Power Plan set to Best / Maximum Performance Clean NVIDIA driver installs using DDU Multiple NVIDIA driver versions (new and older) Fresh installs of Windows 11, Windows 10, and Linux Mint (same behavior on all) Fast Startup disabled Secure Boot disabled EC reset / power drain, including unplugging the CMOS battery Verified GPU load with benchmarks such as FurMark and glmark2 Memory clock boosts normally, but the core clock remains locked GPU remains stuck in P8 state   The only way to reach normal core clocks is by forcing a +1000 MHz core clock offset in MSI Afterburner, which restores performance. However, this is not a proper fix, and I am not sure if it is safe to use the GPU like this long term or if it could cause damage. Because this happens across multiple operating systems and driver versions, it seems more like a firmware, EC, or hardware-level limitation rather than a software configuration issue. I also need to mention that before this problem appeared, the GPU was working fine with no issues. If you know of any BIOS or EC firmware update (official or internal) for the Deputy P25 that addresses this behavior, I would really appreciate the information. Thank you. ... View more

Hi everyone, In HWiNFO the GPU constantly reports Performance Limit Power as active. Temperatures are normal and the GPU can draw high power, but the core clock remains locked unless manually overridden. This makes me suspect an issue related to firmware, such as an outdated BIOS, EC firmware, or a BIOS and EC mismatch. If anyone has a newer BIOS or EC update for this model, I would really appreciate it if you could share it or confirm whether an update exists. Thanks in advance. ... View more
