Hi all, I have a Medion Erazer Deputy P25 (MSN 30031907, MD62304) with an RTX 3060, and I noticed the GPU clock never goes above 210 MHz under load. nvidia-smi and benchmarks show the GPU locked in P8 state all the time, even when GPU usage is high. GPU temps stay low (40–50°C), memory clock reaches normal values, but core clock stays fixed at 210 MHz and reported GPU power shows ~193 W even though real usage is low. I tested on Windows 11, Windows 10 and Linux Mint with clean driver installs (DDU), maximum performance settings, Fast Startup off, Secure Boot off, and the issue remains the same. The only way to reach normal performance is by using MSI Afterburner and adding +1000 to the core clock, which forces the GPU to boost. This gives normal gameplay performance, but obviously isn’t a real fix. Is this a known problem for Deputy P25 models from 2021 and is there any BIOS/EC firmware update (BIOS version is 2021) or hardware fix that unlocks normal boost clocks? Thanks in advance to anyone who has seen this issue and found a solution or workaround.
