Hello Fishtown, I have checked Task Manager > Performance > Memory and the Speed reads 2667 MHz which fits with the motherboard information. I guess the following memory should work (photo attached). Samsung 16gb (16GB x 2) 32gb total DDR4 PC4-2666V M378A2K43 PC RAM Many thanks for your help. Patrick

Hello Fishtown, Thank you for your message. What I am confused with is that the old RAM (original Samsung RAM) was DDR4-3200 (CPU-Z result in the photo below) and not DDR4-2666. Should I only search for new RAM DDR4-2666 or a DDR4-3200 will work but only at 2666MHz? I am sorry but I don't understand much about memory so I am very thankful for your help. Thank you Fishtown for your reply and for letting me know about the reason why the memory was not compatible. Is there any chance you could suggest a compatible memory? I would primarly be interested in ordering it on Ebay in the UK or other sites in the UK. Many thanks again for your help. Patrick

Hello, I have a Medion AKYOA P67075 (MSN 10023704) and I wanted to upgrade the memory from the original 2 x 8GB RAM to 2 x 16 GB RAM but after installing the new RAM my computer emits 3 beeps when restarting so I guess the new memory is incompatible. Here is the info of the original memory Samsung M378A1G44AB0-CWE 8GB DDR4 3200MHz PC4-25600 1.2V 1Rx16 288 Pin UDIMM PC4-25600 1.2V 1 Rx1 Desktop RAM Memory Module Here is the info of the new memory (photo attached): SK Hynix HMA82GR7DJR8N - 16GB 2Rx8 PC4 32000MHz Have I bought the wrong memory?
