@Major_ToM I have ran that and it has come back all passed. I may have found a clue from Event Viewer, after the latest time the screen went black/hanged. Event Viewer shows a long list of critical errors, and they're all either: A. The description for Event ID 153 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. The following information was included with the event: \Device\Video3 Error occurred on GPUID: 100 or B: The description for Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found The following information was included with the event: \Device\Video3 - timeout error waiting for NV_UFLUSH_FB_FLUSH = 0x3 cnt=1366005 I have the newest Nvidia driver of course, and i've reinstalled, but these crashes/black screens/hanging still happen. But I noticed if you google these Event IDs to do with nvlddmkm lots of people are reporting similar errors with a range of devices and manufacturers. They're all saying it can be from a lot of different causes. So I don't have any insight how to fix it, but maybe it's not manufacturer related.
