If the problem persists, try Startup Repair: Open the Windows Recovery Environment (hold down the Shift key and select "Restart" from the Start menu). In the recovery environment, select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair to repair the Windows startup files. (A recovery key may be required.) Have you installed new apps? Perhaps an active app is interfering with the problem. Go to Task Manager by pressing the Windows key + X, then disable the active apps that are running automatically one by one and try again to see if the problem persists. bye Fishtown
