Hi diddle, thanks for the response. The original 2x 16GB runs at 5600MHz fine, confirmed by HWINFO.  Just don't get why it's runs 400MHz slower when you double the amount of RAM. Any other help would be gratefully received.  ... View more

Hi all,   I have a beast X40 (MD62611) UK which came with ddr5 32GB 5600Mhz RAM which ran great. However, every now and then I was maxing this out so have bought the Corsair Vengeance DDR5 64GB 5600MHz RAM (2x 32GB). Once installed, it only runs at 5200MHz! There seems to be no option of XMP in the BIOS N1.10MED09 (latest) which would allow me to set this to the 5600MHz. My Question is, is this hard set within the current BIOS when you have 64GBs of RAM installed or is there a way to override this? ... View more
