A list with all the participants in this thread will open to make your choice.   Yes , but your RAM is like I said already and  stated like this: --->  2x 8 GB DDR5-SDRAM (PC5-38400U / 4800 MHz) Dual Channel Memory (2/2 Slots covered; 64 GB max.)  And it is nowhere said  you could change RAM profile, like XMS etc.  But don't shout at me! I am just another User, not a Medion man.   However, this only tells you something about the technical specifications of the RAM modules. It doesn't mean that the computer has to access the RAM at its maximum possible frequency .So it can not run faster than this but max 4800 MHz. @Harland    Nach der internen MedionDatenbank hat der Rechner mit der MSN 10025791 RAM Module mit folgender Spezifikation verbaut. 2x 8 GB DDR5-SDRAM (PC5-38400U / 4800 MHz) Dual Channel Memory (2/2 Slots covered; 64 GB max.)    Das sagt aber nur etwas über die technischen Specs der RAM Module aus. Das beinhaltet nicht die Aussage der Rechner würde mit  dieser maximal möglichen Frequenz das RAM anssprechen.   Auch wenn die Angabe "Up to/Bis zu 5600 MHz" bezieht sich das nur auf die technischen Specs der RAM Module. (Woher hast Du die, ist aber egal?) Der Gedankenfehler ist, dass wenn das RAM so schnell sein kann, auch der Rechner das RAM mit dieser Frequenz betreiben müsste.   daddle ... View more

Thank you for the reply, I am aware the images shown are of the device manage only, this is because the admin removed the bios one as it as it showed the serial number of the device. I will edit the OP and hopefully allow the image of the bios.  I am also looking exclusivly for the bios file location as it isnt listed on the medion support page, not any form of diagnostics on the possible software or hardware faults. ...
