Hello, I recently purchased a laptop and am also experiencing a lack of support and problems. You can search for ‘XMG downloads portal’ and try to find your model. I found that the XMG (SCHENKER) laptop brand has the same laptop model that I purchased and has better driver support that is easier to download and install. My laptop is Beast 16 x1 ultimate, and the drivers that Erazer offers are a single zip file, and everything is installed with bat or cmd, in contrast, XMG NEO 16 (E25) offers individual files that are easy to install. Hello, I suspect that it is damaged. The LED bar on the laptop turned on and worked fine a couple of times, and it used to turn on when I turned on the laptop. There is no option in the BIOS to control the light. I tried restoring the laptop to factory and reinstalling the control centre, but it did not work. I also installed the control centre from another company, XMG Neo 16, which is more up to date and seems more reliable than the drivers that came with the laptop. It worked fine and can control the keyboard lights, but the LED bar did not turn on.

Hello, I am trying to send a message through your support page, but it does not seem to be working. When I try to send the message, nothing happens; the page just jumps to the top as if there were a problem but it does not show any error messages. I have tried three different browsers, but they all do the same thing.

Hello, I recently purchased (06/07/2025) this Medion Erazer Beast 16 X1 Ultimate laptop and the LED bar on the front of the laptop has stopped working. It does not light up even when the laptop is restarted or I enter the BIOS. Turning the option on or off in the control centre does nothing, and uninstalling and reinstalling the control centre does nothing either. The drivers that come with the laptop also seem to be a mess, the .cmd file to install the control centre does not work, and installing CCUdriver.bat does not solve the problem.

I found the option in the BIOS. You have to change the graphics card from MSHybrid to dGPU, which disables the Intel graphics and allows you to switch to 300Hz.

Hello, I would like to know if anyone can help me with this problem, I bought this laptop a few days ago and I can't find any option to activate the 300Hz that the screen should support. Windows 11 only says that it supports variable refresh between 100-240Hz, and when I select the refresh rate option, it only shows me two options: 60 or 240Hz. I read in a review on techspot.com that he had the same problem and what he did was activate an option in the BIOS, but he didn't explain which option he changed. I've already checked all the options and didn't find anything relevant. I already updated Windows 11 and the Store and installed the latest drivers for both Nvidia and Intel graphics, but nothing has changed. If anyone has a solution or idea, I would appreciate it.
