Good morning. Upon trying to use the webcam for the first time I notice that it is not visible to the operating system and is not present in device manager. Furthermore there does not appear to be a driver for it on the medion website. Fn-F10 does give message in top left of screen "camera on" and "camera off" but makes no difference to anything. I believe it should be in the device manager under "imaging devices", all the "other devices" (unknown) seem to be related to bluetooth. There is definitely a web cam physically present! I can see it in the usual place Erazer Scout E10
