Hi @WillF , External USB Keyboard Test: You can try connecting an external USB keyboard and checking if the issue exists with that one too. If it works fine, it suggests that the problem might be confined to the built-in keyboard. Check for Windows Update Conflicts: It’s very likely that the Windows updates are causing conflicts with the keyboard drivers or the system’s handling of the keyboard. Even though you've already tried reinstalling the drivers, Windows might still be pushing incompatible ones during updates. Pause Updates: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update. Select Pause updates for 7 days (you can repeat this if necessary). Monitor if the issue persists after updates are paused. Rollback Updates: You’ve mentioned that you couldn’t uninstall a feature update, but it may be worth trying to manually uninstall updates if they are still causing issues: Go to Settings > Update & Security > View update history. Select Uninstall updates at the top. Try uninstalling the most recent feature updates that may have caused the issue. If that doesn’t help, try checking for driver conflicts after an update: Device Manager (Press Win + X > Device Manager) → Keyboards → Right-click on the keyboard → Uninstall device. Restart your computer and allow Windows to automatically reinstall the driver. Kind regards
