HI @Igor28 thanks for your reply, Well that's a bugger then. so the choice is stay with an unsupported 10 or switch to an unsupported 11 seems like a catch 22 situation. on the slightly plus side my main computer that's running a Ryzen 3 2200g looks like I can upgrade that. So just need to check the wife's laptop now, not holding out a lot of hope for that either but we shall see.

hi I require some help please. I have a Medion laptop with an i5 7200u processor which apparently is not an approved processor for the windows 11 update. upon trying to find alternative processors for the motherboard but I don't seem to be able to able to find any information about it. I used system information and CPU-Z and it says its a Medion F13K other information I can find is system model S3409 MD60377. any help information would be much appreciated. Kind regards Steve
