Hi @J450nh ,   Basic Dead System Check Unplug the PC and hold the power button for 60 seconds (this clears residual charge). Plug the system back in and check if the motherboard LEDs or GPU lights blink when plugging in the power. If nothing happens, it strengthens the PSU diagnosis.   After receiving the new PSU, keep an eye on system behavior for the next few days — if it crashes again even with the new PSU, the motherboard could also have been affected by a power surge or PSU failure.   ... Thanks Daddle. I appreciate you taking the time.   I can see the inf file. I don't like the way they absolve all responsibility for anything going tits up. I assume though that this is commonly run without issue? I should note down all the current bios settings first I guess, just in case.  ... View more
