Ho @TerraZZ , i partially solved using Intel Extreme utility app. Basically you need to limit wattage on the CPU (I usually fix 35 to 45W depending on the game or application). This way CPU wont thermal throttle anymore. Surely not full Power Will be delivered, but for gaming it's enough Power. Regards
