@jacobz No wonder. Your Ubuntu installation changed the bootloader, and you kílled he EFI partition. The Recover partition you tried to boot, is the Win RE. The other one is the OEM Power Recover partition, to reset your Windows installation to factory state. It could be booted by starting the PC with the F11 key pressed. But seeing you deleted all the Windows partitions and also the Recover partition with the recovery image, Power Recover can not function anymore. Even if PR still could boot. The image is missing. So you have to rebuild the whole Windows Installation from scrap. But I wonder about your knowledge and your chuzpe to even describe what you did. Because it never could have worked out´this way.
