I tried using the Medion service app. The program showed that there is a problem with the touchpad, but it was not possible to solve this problem. Actually, in the list of devices in the Medion service app, the touchpad was displayed in gray and it was not possible to interact with this control element in the program. In a week, the problem was not solved. I no longer have the laptop. I returned it to the owner and believe that in this particular case the device is faulty. Will the owner take this laptop from Ukraine to Germany to get it returned or repaired on the spot? I doubt it. Thanks for the advice to everyone who responded.
