sorry for the first misunderstanding, I unfortunately have no product sample in hand, so that I´m only able to "assume, that it could" work. Otherwise we would have to get the machine to the service center, what would end up in a cost estimate.
Please let us an the Community know, if you were successfull running the update manually.
