hi @artemislogic this can be a common issue with gaming laptops when trying to use them in a “lid closed” mode with an external display. I see you’ve already tried the Windows setting (Do nothing when the lid is closed), which should prevent sleep/shutdown, but Windows still detects the built in display as disconnected when the lid closes, and that triggers display reconfiguration. Ther are a few things you can try – Disable Lid Switch in Device Manager Set external display as primary in Windows Disable auto display switching in Intel/NVIDIA control panels Check BIOS/UEFI for lid or display settings A word of advice:- Cooling can be an issue when gaming with the lid closed.
