Hi @Fraydoc ,   with all the latest Windows updates installed, the Bios updated to the newest version and the machine still freezing I fear you should open up a service case via our MEDION contact form, register your PC, maybe run the MEDION Service App and have the unit repaired. @JulleBulle    Have experienced any freezes and BSODs with your Medion Erazer PC?
