I had exactly the same problem today with a customer's laptop. I had to switch from RAID mode to AHCI mode, now it finally boot in 20 seconds instead of 1 minutes and 20 seconds!  Hope it helps! It was on a P7818 (newer model with UEFI)  ... View more
