Thank you for your response. I'm under the impression the laptop is defective, not that it needs software support. I'm looking for how to ship it under the warranty for hardware inspection, therefore the dealer's input in this so I asked accordingly. Sorry about that. The problem developed little by little until game play became unplayable on demanding games like Elden Ring and even Dark Souls 3.
