@sankalpa    I am sorrry but I can not help you any further.  What I do know is, that some of the owners of Medion TVs report problems like yours after connecting a Firestick. If this fault applys for your TV as well, I can not say. You have to ask a Mod or in the english part of the Forum, or in the german part.   But did you check the Service page ? there you can get a Firmware Update. This might help. Follow the instructíons exactly. (sorry, theý are only in German available) In short:   1. You need a fat32 formatted USB stick ( 8 GB) 2. Extract the downloaded file. It will be stored automatically in c:/Medion 3. Read the PDF 4. Copy the upgrade pkg file to the root of the stick; no folder or subfolder. 5.Take the wall plug out. 6. Plug the stick into a USB port on the TV 7. Plug the wall plug in again 8. Automatically the Firmware Update will  start.  Do not interrupt , keep the wall plug connected all the time 9. The LED blinks rythmically orange/green 10  The LED stops blinking 11  Take the USB stick out 12  Switch the TV on with the Remote control  and wait until the setup menu appears 13  Remove the Wall plug now, and wait until the LED is extinguished. 14  Put the wall plug back, and switch the TV on 15.
