Hello @magpie2022,   I´m a little bit confused about this issue...   According to the specs of your MD 63270, the battery is permanently installed and not exchangeable. In this case, the battery has the same 36-months warranty period as the Notebook. But:   In case the battery is exchangelable (contrary to the information in the data sheet), the battery has only a limited warranty period of 6 months...   so please enlighten me as to what applies here.     Thanks, Luke ...
