well having got the battery part number for  Battery Supplier Medion P6645 MD63270  MSN 30026762 ordered from Medion beginning of July chased last Friday email reply today due to a customs issue it was returned to Germany and they apparently are raising a refund doesn’t help me to fix laptop that is 1 month over the three years warranty will not be buying anymore of their products in future.   any other solutions/suggestions would be appreciated. ...
