Hi Schummi, Previouslly my fan was stuck at 30% speed and i am able to manually click the fan boost button to boost fan speed to 100% when i need to do something CPU/GPU intensive. After a windows update yesterday, my cpu speed was locked at 0.38 Ghz, the fan seems to spin at maximum speed. I removed Control Center Service from my notebook according to your link https://community.medion.com/t5/FAQs/How-do-I-get-back-missing-settings-options-in-Control-Center/ta-p/129760. When I tried to use Defaulttool_BeastX25_234.zip ,my antivirus report malicious behaviour blocked with detection ID:SuspiciousBehavior.739487C72EEf16F. When i tried to download https://community.medion.com/t5/FAQs/How-do-I-fix-sudden-unwanted-effects-on-my-ERAZER-Beast-X25/ta-p/130293, my bitdefender saids: "firefox.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an unmatching security certificate to www.medion.co.uk.
