Hallo, mein Laptop Medion E 7214 (MD98360), MSN 3001 1171, Win 7, Kaufdatum 17.06.2010, startet nicht mehr, Gerät ist mausetot, Bildschirm bleibt schwarz, kein Pixel leuchtet auf, kein Geräusch im Rechner zu hören. Habe alle guten Ratschläge ausprobiert (Ausschalter ohne/mit Akku 10 sec drücken, F11 usw.), es war keine Reaktion zu erzeugen. Vielleicht hat jemand noch einen Tip. Hat jemand Erfahrung mit dem Reparaturdienst von Medion für ein Gerät außerhalb der Garantie? Wen muss ich da anschreiben, um schnelle Hilfe zu bekommen?
