Hi @pitpol  and welcome to the MEDION Community,   maybe there´s someone who can help, if you provide us some additional information:   => Which laptop with which current OS are you using? 8-digit MSN number (like 3003xxxx) which is placed on the bottom side of the laptop would be great => Which monitor is connected with which cable connection?   Additional hint: To mention a community user in such a way that they will be notified when you reply, why not put an @ sign in front of their name?
