Hi, it took me 5 weeks to get information (name) of local repair shop. As soon as I contacted them, they came to my place and understood the problem (back plate / was resonating at some frequencies - design flaw). T hey took the TV and made a report to Medion, as fault was irreparable. It took me another 6 weeks of "negotiations" to resolve the issue. Two days ago I finally got a full refund, so case closed ;=))) I understand that things break, but Medion red tape is extremly slow!!!!! Thanks for trying to help. Jure
